Jennifer Jurgens, primary author of “No Lead Left Behind”, is also currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MarketNet Services, LLC.
Jennifer Jurgens has over 15 years of marketing experience, ranging from technical product development and strategic partnerships to business process analysis and advertising campaign creation. Her specialties include sales lead management and custom applications that integrate with legacy (CRM) systems, particularly in companies with complex sales channels. She has held management positions at several companies, including Adtegrity.com, an online advertising network; Mindpepper, a BDO Seidman project that brought new pricing models to the Internet; Pandesic, an e-commerce application service provider by Intel and SAP; and US Xchange, a regional CLEC and ISP.
In 2007, Jennifer spoke at the annual “Business-to-Business Demand Generation” summits presented by MarketingSherpa in Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA. In 2009 she presented at the ACCM (catalog & Multi-channel merchants) and DMA annual conferences. She has received certification in the Direct Marketing Association’s program with an emphasis in creative strategies and email marketing. Jennifer has an MBA from the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in materials and logistics management, from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business.
